Our Story
National Apprenticeship Week was launched in Australia in 2022, inspired by successful apprenticeship weeks around the world.
It is an initiative of MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees, a national Group Training Organisation that has been employing and mentoring apprentices for over 35 years.
We have been privileged to support thousands of apprentices into a trade career and work with some of Australia’s best-known brands to grow and nurture their apprenticeship workforce.
MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees is part of MiGroup Australia, a collection of businesses that work across employment, training, and recruitment. Together, we operate nationally to support apprentices, trainees, and the companies that employ them.
MiRecruit
MiRecruit is a boutique trades recruitment agency offering tailored recruitment of apprentices and qualified tradespeople and a contemporary Outsourced Apprentice Management service in all trade and non-trade industries.
MiTraining
MiTraining provides tailored learning and developing programs in corporate wellbeing, human-centred skills, and management competencies for Australian workplaces. It is now one of Australia’s largest providers of Mental Health First Aid training for individuals and businesses.
